The firm is in the process of developing three historic hotels in Virginia as well as working with development partners on historic hotel projects in North Carolina, South Carolina and Oklahoma. Additionally, they have branded hotel properties in their portfolio and are actively seeking to add additional quaility select-service branded hotels. From preconstruction to occupancy, MB never loses sight of our core values. Our projects are a direct result of how we work—by conducting business openly and honestly and, most of all, to deliver what is promised. Founded as Martin Bros. Contractors and incorporated in 1949, the company’s roots were in building and renovating properties for investors in the early days of Roanoke, Virginia. As the region grew, so did Martin Bros. Over the last three decades, MB has grown from a grassroots organization to a multi-million-dollar company with projects throughout the region. Today, even as it expands in both capabilities and geographical reach and incorporates sustainable design and other industry-leading innovations, our mission is the same — to be a trusted advisor delivering quality construction.
